Selective Demolition

Twin Rivers Developments is experienced with Selective Demolition or deconstruction of portions of buildings to allow for restructure. This would also include heritage buildings where a portion of the building needs to be preserved for heritage value.

Foundation Demolition

Twin Rivers performed the demolition of the Blackburn Secondary School. There was a substantial concrete foundation in that structure that needed to be removed and disposed of. Twin Rivers found a recipient that needed to build a road on difficult ground, we crushed the foundation concrete and delivered it to their site and an access road was built.
